Our Mild Old Bay recipe is a full flavor beef jerky without the heat. We are big fans of clam-bakes, shrimp boils, crab cakes and pretty much anything smothered in Old Bay; but we do beef… not seafood! So, we had to do our own take on the classic Maryland favorite. A great meaty alternative to seafood, our Mild Old Bay beef jerky recipe gives a new meaning to the term “surf and turf”. As soon as you sink your teeth into a piece of this jerky, you’ll feel like you are standing next to the ocean. I was a at local farmers market a few months ago with my mom and we tried the jerky and bought a bag because it was very good jerky the meat was good and the flavor was excellent it wasn’t too spicy but it wasn’t not spicy it was a perfect jerky. I will end up buying more when I get the chance to.
