Freeze-dried sweet potato’s are not just for animals, this is one treat that is enjoyable for all. They are edible as is, but add a little water to rehydrate whenever you are ready to make a delicious dish. Since they are freeze-dried, you never have to worry about spoiling. They are always ready when you are!

When freeze-dried, the water is removed leaving preserved vegetables that will last for months. Perfect to through into soups or stews. Rehydrate them with a little bit of water and eat as is or through in the blender for a healthy smoothie. There’s no wrong way to enjoy!  And as with all of our freeze-dried fruit nothing has been added and no sugars or other chemicals are used in processing.
