Freeze dried chicken breast was made with our furry friends in mind, BUT the chicken is completely cooked so it is safe for human consumption as well. Dogs love them just the way they are, but for our human friends, we recommend rehydrating the meat with water and heating up to eat as a meal or add directly to a hot soup for some extra protein. This product is great for camping, lightweight for travel, but full of protein for energy!
